Exchanges & Cancellation
We make sure that your purchase on our platform becomes a memorable and hassle-free experience. In the odd event that you are not completely satisfied with the product, we request you to please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product by sending an email at [email protected] giving your order details and reason for exchange. We shall review the same and request you to send the product back to us with any reliable courier company. We will not entertain exchanges any later than 7 days from the date of delivery.
(We do not offer pick-up service.)
- We regret to inform that currently we dont offer exchange/return for international orders.
- After we receive the product back within the specified timeline and subject to the terms and conditions outlined below, we shall process your request for exchange of the product by creating a gift coupon for the applicable amount. You can use the coupon for your next purchase on Elegantt Drapes.
- In case there was any defect in the product received by you, then we shall initiate a full refund of the amount paid by you upon receiving the product. Refund will be processed through the mode you opted while placing the Order. In case of Cash on delivery, NEFT will be done.
Please note that since our products are handwoven and handworked, we only have one of each kind at a time. Also, as the fabrics are pure and the weaves and work delicate, each garment requires very careful handling. Hence, there are certain circumstances under which an exchange would not be accepted from Elegantt Drapes’ end.
Following are the parameters that have to be met for validating a return/exchange.
- Any purchase can be canceled prior to the initiation of the shipment process, provided that no fall pico, and/or blouse stitching have been added on your request. Once the shipment process is started, the product in concern will not be eligible for cancellation.
- Saris that have fall stitched – either by you or by us for you – cannot be exchanged.
- Customised Orders cannot be returned/exchanged.
- Your exchange request should be sent by email to [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.
- No exchange/return is available for International orders.
- Please note that depending on the screen-type and lighting conditions, there can be a marginal to noticeable difference in colors of the product.
- The returned product must be unused and must not carry any stain, sweat or body odor on it.
- The returned product must not be torn or damaged.
- The returned product must not be washed or dry cleaned.
- The returned products must be in their original packaging, which includes bags, tags, boxes, invoices, all accessories, and all the things that were present when the item was delivered to you.
- Products ordered in exchange of a previous order shall not be eligible for exchange.
- Sale items cannot be exchanged.
